What is Oolie’s return policy?

All unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any certified organic products with opened packaging. Our certifications require us to maintain traceability for all our organic products; once the packaging has been opened, we can no longer guarantee organic status.

Any Oolie products that are not certified organic, however, may be returned, even with opened packaging, as long as it is still in new condition, unused and/or unworn, with all original tags and packaging.

Initiating a return

Within 30 days of receiving your item:

  • If the product is certified organic: Ensure that it is still sealed in its original packaging, and free of damage.
  • If the product is not certified organic: Ensure that it is still in new condition, unused and/or unworn, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Contact us to initiate a return. Please include your order number, and describe which item you would like to return or exchange.

We will respond with a confirmation and instructions. You will need to ship the item back to us at:

We ship our products using reusable packaging. If you still have the original mailer, please use it to ship your return.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

 

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, still sealed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Oh no! I received the wrong item. What do I do?

Please contact us with your order number, and let us know what you received. We will gladly exchange it for you.

Oh no! My item arrived damaged! What do I do?

Contact us immediately if any item in your order is defective, damaged or otherwise incorrect, so that we can evaluate what happened and make it right.
